Environmental Pollution Control and Management Department

Environmental pollution has been in the worst condition due to anthropogenic factors, exerting impacts on health and socio-economic matters of human beings. Environmental pollution includes water pollution, air pollution and soil pollution which resulted from discarded waste. Systematic management is vital in achieving a healthy and hygienic environment where science-based research plays a critical role. As different methods are necessary in managing natural and urban environment, the Department offers courses on pollution control and management scientifically.
